iMac is sick :-(

wahhhhh...This morning, noticed the iMac smelled bad. Then noticed it kept shutting itself off. Not good. I checked the cords and everything looked good. Tried it again, and again the computer shut off after 10 minutes or so. So I called Apple, and now my cute precious little computer is at Baillio's, sitting in a line of other products to be repaired. it could be 7 to 10 business days before they even take a glance at it! Then who knows how long before it is fixed. I think the power supply just needs replacing. Now I wonder if I should've just done this myself - Apple even supplies directions for doing this.

Ack. How am I supposed to do a hacktahon this weekend without a computer? I may be buying a laptop before the week is over.
