As many of you know, i like to come up with lots of ideas, too many, perhaps. Not so long ago it was santafeeats, the big one now it is 'castingWords

This idea is different, though - we've been working on the business for a few weeks now, and already people are showing lots of serious interest in our product, and it looks like there is a big demand for what we are offering.

So what the hell is 'castingWords?

'castingWords is two things:

1) Podcast transcription search. Search the transcripts for podcasts - aka search the content, not just the metadata.

2) Podcast transcription service, done affordably and quickly.

How are we doing these transcripts? Mechanical Turk - a way for us to "outsource" to Amazon users. We pay people to transcribe chunks of podcasts, and its all done in an automated fashion.
