work move

We've been moving from our old office trailers to a larger office trailer across the street. It appears that currently I am the ONLY person in the building with Internet access. However, I cannot ssh into any of the servers, so I can't really get any work done. I'm busy testing the website by just playing around with it and doing searches.

So I am in this temporary office that has been divided into two by a cube wall. I patched a broken section of dry wall today, got some tunes playing, and read my email. Oh yes, my desk and chair have not arrived yet. In a month or so I am moving to some other part of the building, a cube/office combo that wasn't very appealing last time I looked at it. The nice thing about a single wide trailer is that everyone has a window. This building is maze like and huge in comparison, four or five trailers wide. But there is a nice area outside with trees for our morning and afternoon teatime breaks.

What else. We learned this morning that Nathan's blog is number 4 when doing a google search for "LANL blog". Congrats, Nathan! You are practically famous now!
